His appetite for innovation extends beyond bleeding-edge and feels that early adoption is key.

Henry has been in the industry for more than 25 years and serves as Northland Controls and BlackBear Labs' CTO. He has helped design and implement the Global Security Operations Centers for some of the most recognizeable names in Silicon Valley and remains involved in large-scale systems design.

Industry participation includes publications and speaking engagements with Security Systems News, SDM Magazine and PSA. Has also served as a past member of PSA’s Technical and Cybersecurity Committees and is currently serving on Security Xchange’s Advisory Board.
