With notable roles at esteemed companies like Panasonic North America, FSI Systems, and Qualitrol Corporation, he cultivated a deep understanding of software engineering and development through hands-on implementation, strategic automation, and effective leadership. Progressing from roles such as Tech Leader, Software Engineering Manager, to Lead Firmware Engineer, Max not only honed his technical skills but also cultivated robust leadership capabilities, enriching his expertise in software engineering and development.

Max holds a Bachelor of Computer Science and a Master of Computer Science with a specialization in Network Management and Artificial Intelligence Systems from the National University "Lviv Polytechnic" in Lviv, Ukraine.
